Sir Trevor Philips OBE
Sir Trevor Phillips is Chairman of the Board at our parent company, Green Park.
Trevor was awarded a Knighthood in the Queen's New Years Honour List 2021 for his unrelenting mission to achieve unity and progress, bringing issues of social justice and diversity to the forefront of society. Alongside the Knighthood, he has been the recipient of several honorary doctorates, an OBE and was awarded the Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur by the French Government.

Rohan Killedar, MSc
Rohan Killedar is focused on solving the problem of diversity and inclusion at workplaces using AI tools. He previously worked to ensure that AI companies follow the European Union’s Ethical Guidelines for Trustworthy AI and developed scoring systems to measure how well AI companies are adhering to those guidelines.
He holds a Masters of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence, with distinction. His paper “Study of Voice Controlled Personal Assistant Device” was published in the International Journal of Emerging Trends & Technology in Computer Science.

Raj Tulsiani, MBA
Raj is one of the UK’s leading figures in inclusive talent development. An industry pioneer in building diverse senior leadership teams and more equitable workplace culture, he has over 20 years of experience moving the dial on leadership, talent and diversity and is the author of 'Diversity and Inclusion for Leaders: Making a Difference with the Diversity Headhunter.'
The founder and CEO of one of the recruitment industry’s few minority-owned businesses, Raj has helped set the benchmark for more inclusive, fair and ethical recruitment practices.

Bontle Senne, MSc
Bontle Senne’s experience as a digital executive includes co-leading the pre-merger integration of a £31bn megamerger in the UK, driving the $90m fintech acquisition in Singapore/South Africa, and leading a global Agile transformation in corporate and investment banking across 3 continents. Her experience as an advisor includes leading several projects at McKinsey and Company and leading the London office of a boutique innovation firm.
She holds a Masters of Science in Digital Transformation, with distinction. Bontle is also a published author and multidisciplinary ICF accredited coach.

Nicole Seredenko, MA
Nicole Seredenko is passionate about the intersections of corporate strategy, artificial intelligence, and contemporary culture. Using applied Natural Language Processing techniques for strategic insights, she helps business leaders across industries think about the future differently.
She hold a Masters of Arts in Modern English Literature and Culture.
Her thought leadership has been published by Stanford University, The Independent, AdWeek, and American Marketing Association.
